Change of mind returns
I am happy to take change of mind returns of unused, unwashed baby swaddles. You will need to email me at mary@gingerandholly.com.au, and pay the return postage. You will be refunded your original purchase price, minus any postage fees.
Due to their delicate nature, at this stage we do not take change of mind returns for our wall prints.
Faulty returns
While I check all products, on rare occasions you may find a fault. Please contact me immediately and I will process either a replacement product or full refund (your choice).
Product was damaged in the postI will happily resend or refund for items that are damaged in the post, but PLEASE NOTE, Australia Post requires you to take the damaged package (including all outer and inner packaging) into a Post Office to lodge your claim. As soon as they process the claim I will send your new product.
It is very rare for this to occur – I use premium quality packing and posting materials to ensure your wall prints arrive safely. 🙂
Item was marked as delivered, but I didn’t receive it
If your parcel is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact Australia Post. They will conduct an investigation which can take up to 5 business days. Unfortunately Ginger + Holly cannot refund or replace packages which have been marked as delivered. If your Australia Post investigation is successful, they will refund you for the cost of your order.
